Students and faculty love Thomas Dale. To show our love and appreciation for the school, we should help keep it clean. Our janitors already do so much to keep a clean working environment, but there is always something we can do to help. Some things we can do are putting our trash in the trash can. Students at Dale will occasionally leave trash on the tables and floors, or do gross things to the bathrooms, so it’s time to change that.

Another thing students can do is leave the bathroom cleaner then you found it. If you find the bathroom has paper towels on the floor, pick them up and throw it away. A lot of the time girls also vandalize the bathroom by drawing on the stalls and toilet paper dispensers. People need to stop doing that because it makes the bathrooms look trashy.

Another thing students can do is at lunch wipe down your tables with the wet wipes provided, so it is clean and ready for the next person. Along with that, the band room has been known to get papers all over the floor and it is important to pick those papers up, because not only is it messy, but it’s dangerous because it is a slipping hazard.

Another place a lot of trash gets accumulated is outside. There is gum on the ground, trash near the trash can but not fully in, and food wrappers on the ground. Students at Dale should make sure they treat the outside of the school even better than the inside to help show off our beautiful school.
